Associate and Licensed MFT and LPCC Therapist

Kainos Christian Therapy was established in 2010 to provide excellent psychotherapy for Christians and non-Christians in Los Angeles. We provide outpatient therapy for adults, couples, teens, and families. We also work with churches to help them support their congregations. Everyone who contacts us or enters our clinic is treated with respect and care regardless of appearance, status, or beliefs. When clients trust us with their care, it is both a great privilege and a great responsibility. We hire therapists who delight in providing the highest level of care and who strive to become worthy of their calling.

We are currently looking for a part-time Associate MFT (AMFT) or LPCC Associate interested in building a caseload with us. Licensed MFTs (LMFTs) and LPCCs are also encouraged to apply and may be hired above the posted salary range. All therapists are W2 employees.

Associates seeing 30 clients a week can earn up to $120,000 a year while participating in one of the highest-quality training programs in LA to achieve full licensure.

• Build and maintain a caseload of clients

Requirements

• Current registration as an Associate MFT (AMFT) or LPCC Associate in California
• Interest in or completion of a philosophy of counseling addressing how people change for the better, how therapy facilitates that change, and how Christian faith can impact the therapeutic process

Pay

$51.00 – $80.00 per hour (based on billed client sessions)
