Shift

3rd shift: 10:00 p.m.-8:30 a.m. Monday-Thursday with 20% differential ($25/hr). Will train on 1st shift for 4 weeks 6 a.m.-2:30 p.m. before moving to 3rd shift. Could train on 2nd shift if that is more preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform analytical and wet chemistry testing on food, dietary supplements, and related products
  • Prepare samples, reagents, and standards for testing
  • Learn and operate instrumentation including HPLC, UPLC, and GC
  • Conduct tests such as titrations, spectrophotometry, and other analytical techniques
  • Document results and maintain accurate laboratory records
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced laboratory environment
  • Collaborate with scientists and laboratory team members to meet client timelines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or related science
  • Analytical chemistry coursework required
  • Undergraduate research, lab coursework, or internship experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, WI.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
