About the role
The Performance Marketing Team of Agoda is seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team. This role involves experimenting with various digital marketing strategies including text ads, bidding, and campaign structures on major search engines and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis, proficiency in Excel, and a passion for using data to drive marketing success.
Responsibilities
- Experiment with text ads, bidding, and campaign structures on Google, Bing, Baidu, Naver, and other search engines.
- Adapt to new product features and roll out changes from successful tests.
- Test, analyze, and optimize campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Analyze the vast amounts of data generated by experiments and develop models for optimization.
- Build dashboards for account managers to visualize key performance indicators.
Requirements
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from top universities in a quantitative subject (computer science, mathematics, engineering, statistics, or related fields).
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Good numerical reasoning skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Intellectual curiosity.
Qualifications
- Exposure to one or more data analysis packages or databases, such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL.
- Experience in digital marketing.
