Finance Department Support
Provide analytical and technical support across multiple functions in the finance department including corporate finance, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Aid in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual performance management reporting for senior management.
- Support the company-wide annual planning process and subsequent monthly forecasting process.
- Conduct corporate and G&A expense variance analysis, including budget vs. actual, quarter vs. quarter, and current year vs. prior year comparisons.
- Offer support for our TM1 production and development environments, ensuring multiple users can access and manage existing dimensions and user access/security.
- Provide support for earnings releases, 10-K, 10-Q, and other external financial reporting.
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and 0-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Finance, MIS, or Mathematics.
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, MIS, Mathematics, or related field and a minimum of 2 or more years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly, especially in IBM Cognos TM1 and SAP environments.
Skills
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High proficiency with MS Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organized with the ability to perform multiple tasks.
Qualifications
- Commensurate with the selected job level:
- The Associate Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 0-2 years of relevant job-related experience.
- The Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2-5 years of relevant job-related experience.
- The Senior Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job-related experience.
- The Lead Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job-related experience.
