Responsibilities

Finance Department Support

Provide analytical and technical support across multiple functions in the finance department including corporate finance, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Aid in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual performance management reporting for senior management.
• Support the company-wide annual planning process and subsequent monthly forecasting process.
• Conduct corporate and G&A expense variance analysis, including budget vs. actual, quarter vs. quarter, and current year vs. prior year comparisons.
• Offer support for our TM1 production and development environments, ensuring multiple users can access and manage existing dimensions and user access/security.
• Provide support for earnings releases, 10-K, 10-Q, and other external financial reporting.

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and 0-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Finance, MIS, or Mathematics.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, MIS, Mathematics, or related field and a minimum of 2 or more years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly, especially in IBM Cognos TM1 and SAP environments.

Skills

• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High proficiency with MS Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly organized with the ability to perform multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Commensurate with the selected job level:
• The Associate Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 0-2 years of relevant job-related experience.
• The Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2-5 years of relevant job-related experience.
• The Senior Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job-related experience.
• The Lead Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job-related experience.
