Responsibilities
- Design marketing materials including digital ads, email graphics, social media assets, landing pages, brochures, presentations, and signage.
- Create sales-enablement collateral maintaining design asset libraries, including: pitchbooks, one-pagers, business cards, event invitations, save the dates, and agendas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives into compelling visual concepts for brand initiatives and company channels, including static and animated content.
- Absorb on-site filming and event photography set up, including lighting and equipment prep, with opportunities to support post-production.
- Support corporate headshot photoshoots, including setup, photography assistance, basic retouching, and file organization.
- Ensure all designs follow the bank’s brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-6 years of graphic design experience, preferably at financial institution.
- Enthusiastic self-starter with an in-depth knowledge of design principles and techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines in a fast-paced financial services environment.
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop & Illustrator), Microsoft Office – specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience using Mac, Adobe Premiere Pro and other video editing software is preferred.
- UI/UX experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of social media design features (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
