Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide personalized insurance solutions
- Underwrite policies and ensure compliance with state regulations
- Manage claims efficiently and professionally
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes
Requirements
- Active P&C (property and casualty) license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in the insurance industry
- Experience in customer service and problem-solving
Skills
