Associate, After Sales Center Technician

About the role

Our client, a leader in household appliance support and repair, is seeking a dedicated Associate, After Sales Center Technician to join their team. As an integral part of the service support department, you will support operational excellence by diagnosing, repairing, and refurbishing coffee machine household appliances. The ideal candidate will demonstrate mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

The position is located in Beltsville, MD.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain coffee machine household appliances
• Learn and apply electrical, mechanical, and fluidic system fundamentals
• Perform quality inspections to ensure repaired products meet company standards
• Document repairs, parts usage, quality findings, and inventory transactions
• Support inventory management, including shipping, receiving, stock organization, and parts control

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification in Electronics, Mechanics, Appliance Repair, or related fields is a plus
• Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior experience in appliance repair, electronics repair, or technical support is advantageous
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to use basic hand tools and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions, schematics, wiring diagrams, and repair documentation
