Associate Administrator, Safe and Secure Technology

About the role

The Safe & Secure Operations Remote Team (SSORT) supports the safety and security of Carvana's 20,000+ associates across 200+ locations. The Safe and Secure Technology Associate Administrator assists with technical issues and needs related to CCTV, Access Control, and Alarm Monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external customers with technical issues and needs related to safety and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems using remote connectivity tools or sometimes without them.
• Log all technical issues in Jira with appropriate detail.
• Evaluate situations and escalate issues as necessary.
• Learn and assist with configuring CCTV, Access Control, and Alarm monitoring systems.
• Develop and employ judgment skills to resolve problems quickly or escalate appropriately.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in technical/physical security technology support.
• Intermediate skills in Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, and network services.
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
• Effective communication with remote users via phone or email.
• A continuous learning mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience with CCTV, Access Control, and Alarm Monitoring systems.
• Experience with Genetec, Slack, Confluence, Cisco Meraki Appliances, and Jira.
• An understanding of enterprise network environments.

Pay

Pay Range: $20-$23 hourly.
