What Youll Do Lead and manage actuarial projects from initial analysis through final deliveryPerform advanced data analysis, modeling, and reporting using Excel and RPresent findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholdersPartner directly with clients, brokers, auditors, and cross-functional teamsMentor junior actuarial staff and review technical work productsSupport process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracyDevelop documentation for models, methodologies, and data processesContribute to business development efforts, presentations, and thought leadership initiatives What Youll Need Bachelors degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field5+ years of actuarial experience in areas such as pricing, reserving, predictive modeling, capital modeling, ERM, or reinsuranceACAS designation with continued progress toward FCAS preferredStrong proficiency in Excel and advanced expertise in RExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workSelf-starter mindset with strong organizational and time management skills Why Apply?
