Associate, Account Technical Services
About the role
As an Account Technical Services Professional, you will be a key part of the seamless operation of highly critical IT systems. You will offer support, orchestrate system setup and installation, troubleshoot and resolve issues, respond to tickets, and ensure systems are patched and compliant. You will also mentor and assist your team members, ensuring everyone is equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel.
Responsibilities

- Mentor and assist team members
- Collaborate with customers, Kyndryl’s technical teams, and Alliance partners
Requirements
- Technical knowledge and expertise in the given technology/service domain
- AZ DMV experience
- 1+ years of experience providing IT support
- Experience working in a customer facing environment
- Effective problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field

Pay and Schedule
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $55,200 to $99,240 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience.

- California (San Francisco Bay Area): $66,240 to $119,040
- California (All Other): $60,720 to $109,200
- Colorado: $55,200 to $99,240
- Massachusetts: $55,200 to $109,200
- New York City: $66,240 to $119,040
- Washington: $60,720 to $109,200
- Washington DC: $60,720 to $109,200
