This full-time remote role requires daily travel within the Jacksonville Area (with some Ocala territory) and is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in medical sales.
Responsibilities
- Obtain missing information and patient medical records to support diagnostic testing.
- Provide ongoing customer support to existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with providers and office staff.
- Promote Vanta Diagnostic’s portfolio of diagnostic products and services.
- Partner closely with Sales Representatives in the territory to assist with account support and growth.
- Shadow experienced Sales Representatives to learn sales strategies, territory management, and best practices.
- Assess client needs and present appropriate diagnostic solutions.
- Assist with implementation and training of new employees in long-term care facilities or physician offices.
- Maintain consistent and effective communication with all staff members within healthcare offices and facilities.
- Actively participate in company training programs, sales tools, and management-led development initiatives.
- Develop the skills and knowledge necessary to advance into a Full-Time Sales Representative role.
- Call on healthcare providers across multiple specialties, including Wound Care, Senior Care, Urology, Dermatology, Podiatry, Internal Medicine, Infectious Disease, and others.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field a plus). High school degree required.
- Sales experience within Medical Sales would be a huge plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and office staff.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced medical sales environment.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory as needed.
- Able to handle or work under high pressure environment.
- Work ethic geared towards immediate impact/success.
- High attention to detail.
- Possess and embrace a “Patient First” mentality and approach to our services.

- Annual base pay ranging from $65,000 to $70,000.
