About the role
HUB SoCal is seeking full-time trainees (Associate Account Managers) to join their team. This is a regular, full-time position with HUB which includes all HUB benefits. Successful completion of the training will lead to obtaining a Property & Casualty License.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the team to support client needs
- Build relationships with clients and prospects
- Develop and maintain client files
- Conduct research and gather information on potential clients
- Prepare proposals and presentations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Requirements
- College Graduates, Final Year College Students with an expected graduation date before June 2026, and Veterans seeking a new career opportunity
- Preferred area of study include but not limited to Risk Management & Insurance, Marketing, Communications, General Business Management, Economics, & Finance
- Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States for U.S. employment opportunities

Pay
The expected hourly rate for this position is $23.00 - $24.0s and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
Schedule
This is a regular, full-time position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week.
