Associate Account Manager

About the role

As an Associate Account Manager, you’ll support Bevi’s growing community of customers in our direct-to-customer markets. You’ll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, focused on expansion, upgrades, and overall satisfaction. You’ll balance proactive outreach with responsive service, building relationships that lead to long-term loyalty and growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Identify opportunities for upgrades, expansions, or new product adoption within existing accounts
• Build relationships with key contacts and act as their go-to resource for Bevi product knowledge
• Maintain regular touchpoints with customers through email, phone, and video check-ins
• Track all account activity and renewal data in Salesforce with precision and accountability
• Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to resolve customer needs and identify growth opportunities
• Participate in trainings and mentorship opportunities to build skills in consultative selling and customer success

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing role
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
• Curious, eager to learn, and driven by helping customers succeed
• Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus
• Passion for sustainability and enthusiasm for Bevi’s mission

Pay

The posted compensation range reflects the salary for this position. For Sales roles, the range reflects base salary plus commission, representing total potential on-target earnings (OTE). Pay is determined by role scope, candidate experience, targeted skills, internal equity, and external market data.

Pay Range: $88,060 - $108,780 USD
