About the role

This field‑based position requires daily travel and onsite work with Millennium Health customers. As a Customer Support Representative you will support existing customers and prospect for new opportunities in the territory, helping healthcare providers and their patients make a positive impact in the community. You will be an integral part of the sales organization for a leading toxicology laboratory, working alongside clinical, laboratory, and corporate support teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to expand business with existing customers and prospects in the region to uncover new sales opportunities for the Territory Manager.
• Provide training to clinical staff on sample collection and order processing, delivering in‑service training on‑site with customers.
• Plan onsite visits with existing customers to address customer concerns, sample issues, and billing.
• Develop working relationships with multiple internal teams to resolve customer issues and share information that enhances existing customer relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four‑year university.
• 2+ years of demonstrated, progressive sales success.
• Healthcare experience required.
• Strong cold‑calling and closing skills.
• Prior experience in pain management preferred.
• Uncompromising ethics and integrity.
• CRM experience (preferably Salesforce) and comfort using a range of technology platforms while on the road.
• Clean driving record and ability to maintain a home office.
• Ability to travel overnight within the territory and attend conferences and company meetings.
• Commitment to adhering to HIPAA, confidentiality, and compliance policies, procedures, and standards.
• Commitment to maintaining administrative, physical, and technical cybersecurity controls.
