Job Functions
- Support assigned schools by assisting with ongoing client communication, follow-ups, and requests
- Aid in maintaining strong relationships through consistent touchpoints and responsiveness
- Help with order coordination, program updates, and issue resolution in partnership with Sales Operations
- Ensure schools receive timely information related to products, timelines, and program execution
- Assist the Account Growth Manager with daily sales activities, including meeting preparation, follow-up actions, and outbound support
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including reviews and check-ins
- Identify and flag potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities for the AGM to pursue
- Absolutely assist with preparing materials related to opportunities, quotes, and account reviews
- Partner with Sales Operations to support: Order setup and execution, Program launches and changes, Client-specific processes and reporting
- Act as a reliable connection point between the AGM, BDE, Sales Ops, and other Cross Functional Partners
- Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and activity tracking
- Support reporting needs related to account activity and pipeline
- Ensure consistency and organization across assigned schools

- Demonstrates proficiency in core responsibilities and tasks within their role
- Works independently on routine tasks and requires limited supervision
- Contributes to team projects and collaborates effectively with peers
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to travel 10+ days per year
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Professional certifications are a plus
- 2-4 years of sales support, account management, or customer-facing roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Comfort working in CRM systems and cross-functional environments
- Interest in developing within a sales or account management career path
