Associate Account Executive, Austin

About the role

As an Associate Account Executive at Rho, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team, focusing on lead generation, sales support, and client engagement. This position is designed to be a launching pad for your career in fintech and software sales, offering a clear path to becoming a full Account Executive within a year.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate leads through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Provide sales assistance and deal support to senior Account Executives.
• Attend industry events and meet with potential clients to build relationships.
• Develop a deep understanding of Rho's value proposition and articulate it effectively to prospects.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay updated on new features and promotions.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for fintech and willingness to learn about financial products and services.

Pay

The base salary for this role is $70,500. In addition to base pay, Rho offers equity, healthcare benefits, and paid time off. This role is eligible for an uncapped performance bonus paid quarterly. Inclusive of on-target performance bonuses, the total salary range for this role is $100,500.
