Essential Functions
- Drive outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate net new meetings
- Set monthly goals of 40 total meetings (segmented by account size)
- 20 with SMBs (under 500 employees)
- 15 with Mid-Market (500–2,000 employees)
- 5 with Enterprise (2,000+ employees or 10,000+ students)
- Qualify prospects and schedule high-impact sales meetings for the AE team
- Maintain CRM hygiene and clear documentation of all outreach
- Partner with marketing and sales leadership to optimize messaging and targeting
- Learn the ropes of the sales process and shadow AEs to prep for your next step
