Associate Account Executive
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of mid-sized brand and agency relationships as the primary contact for assigned accounts while in support of large strategic account work with other sales counterparts
- Possess outbound sales activity aligned with EA franchise and category priorities
- Build integrated partnership proposals across in-game media, sponsorships, and select off-platform activations
- Manage portions of the sales lifecycle from outreach through deal close for assigned accounts
- Maintain pipeline tracking, opportunity management, and forecasting for assigned accounts
- Collaborate with Account Management and cross-functional teams to ensure sold programs transition smoothly into execution and maintain guidance throughout the entire lifecycle
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in advertising, media, brand partnerships, or account management
- Experience supporting client-facing work across campaign planning and delivery
- Exposure to revenue targets, pipeline tracking, or sales performance metrics
- Experience using advertising, sales, or operational tools to manage campaigns and media metric, reporting, and optimization knowledge
- Passion or interest in sports and gaming
Skills
- Digital and integrated media campaign support, including sponsorships and branded content
- Sales prospecting and relationship-building capability and experience balancing multiple sales opportunities with varying levels of complexity
- Clear written communication for internal and external audiences
- Ongoing client relationship support throughout the campaign lifecycle

Pay, Benefits, and Location
Pay Range: *$104,400 - $157,400 USD for California, *$99,100 - $144,200 USD for New York
Benefits: EA offers a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
