Responsibilities

The Patient Care Assistant (PCA) provides direct patient care and supportive services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). The PCA assists in delivering safe, effective, patient-centered care while ensuring a clean, orderly environment and demonstrating service excellence behaviors to promote patient and family satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Required Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Required Licensure/Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Preferred Licensure/Certifications: CNA
• Preferred Experience: 1 year of hands on patient care experience
