Assoc General Counsel Mgr

For our client, we are seeking a Assoc General Counsel Mgr to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will provide practical legal counsel across defined subject matter areas and partner closely with business leaders to support decision-making. The position will help enforce policies, strengthen compliance, and guide the organization through privacy, data, and public-sector regulatory matters. It also offers the opportunity to collaborate with senior legal professionals and internal stakeholders on high-impact initiatives. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually Responsibilities Serve as counsel for a specific departmental area or within defined legal areas Provide legal advice to management and associates with guidance from senior lawyers Engage with business leaders to understand objectives and legal challenges Enforce legal policies and procedures Present training on legal topics to internal clients in partnership with senior lawyers Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance and protect company interests Monitor legislative updates and assist with privacy and data regulation compliance Qualifications BA/BS degree U.S. Law degree 5-7 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Public sector experience required Technology industry experience preferred Benefits Opportunity to work in a dynamic, multi-functional environment Access to ongoing training and development Engagement in high-impact projects related to public policy Collaboration with senior legal professionals and business leaders Exposure to various legal disciplines including IP and employment law Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
