About the role
We are seeking an experienced Engineer to join our team. This role is part of a global initiative focused on eCommerce Fraud prevention, supporting a mission-critical investigation tool used worldwide 24/7.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain innovative product features to scale and support our massive volume of investigations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud architectures.
- Implement and manage cloud solutions using services like EC2, ELB, RDS, VPC, Route53, and S3.
- Work with web services, APIs, REST, SOAP, microservices, and SOA.
- Use CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, and Team City for continuous integration and delivery.
- Manage source control repositories like GitHub/GitLab, SVN, Mercurial, and Perforce.
- Experience with REST API based services and web-based applications.
- Deploy identity and access management systems.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience programming with modern languages such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby.
- Experience with cloud architecture and solution implementation.
- Knowledge of AWS services and certifications preferred.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and source control repositories.
- Strong communication skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with web services, APIs, REST, SOAP, microservices, SOA, architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools.
- Technical specialist, design and architecture experience, or AWS Professional level certification.
- Experience with source control repositories.
- Experience working with REST API based services, or experience with web-based applications and HTTP.
- Experience in deploying identity and access management systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
