What You'll Do
- Facilitate project/team planning and delivery activities, including but not limited to—backlog/scope definition and refinement, prioritization, planning, estimation, demos, retrospectives, and stand-ups.
- Partner with management to remove impediments, resolve conflicts and issues that occur to ensure project and program velocity.
- Monitor metrics defined by the leadership to measure, develop and execute plans to improve maturity.
- Develop detailed project execution plans; track project progress, budget, milestones and quality; Effectively communicating to program and project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Management to ensure they are aware of resource allocation needs and impact to project deliverables and overall project costs.
- Adhere to project and quality related processes in collaboration with fellow project managers and management.
- Remain flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas and have the customer experience firmly as the focus.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1+ years of demonstrated experience managing multiple projects/executed in various methodologies/or phases.
- Demonstrated excellence in change management and coaching others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to build relationships at all levels of the enterprise including external vendors.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- The ability to meet or exceed the attendance and timeliness requirements of their departments.
- The ability to work well in a team environment and be capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with other staff, departments, and customers.
Qualifications
- The Strongest Candidates Will Possess Professional Certification(s): Project Management (CAPM), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
- Prior Health insurance industry experience.
