Description

This is an entry-level factory position with the potential to move up, depending on your skills and motivation. Experience is not necessary - we will train on the job. Forklift experience a plus.

Hours

• Monday – Thursday 6AM – 3:30PM or if applying for 2nd shift - 3:30PM - 2AM
• We do work overtime as needed by scheduling and demand and your schedule may vary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Understand and effectively use the standard American ruler
• Effectively communicate with co-workers and internal customers
• Read work orders
• Must be willing to be crossed-trained at different positions and jobs
• Must be able to learn and follow all safety rules and procedures

Skills

• Follow set safety procedures
• Be flexible in job assignments - Be able to work in different areas of the facility based on need and ability
• Average Hand/eye coordination
• Basic computer skills are a plus
• Ability to meet job quality & productivity expectations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to stand for long periods of time while lifting, sorting, handling product with both hands
• Able to visually inspect product for defects
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
