About the role

The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and assisting in the coordination of various hotel services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and room service requests.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and courteous service.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure all guest information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Perform daily tasks such as inventory checks, room cleaning, and maintaining cleanliness standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in hospitality or related field.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.
  • Basic computer skills including data entry and basic accounting.
