About the role
The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and assisting in the coordination of various hotel services.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and room service requests.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and courteous service.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure all guest information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Perform daily tasks such as inventory checks, room cleaning, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in hospitality or related field.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.
- Basic computer skills including data entry and basic accounting.
