What You'll Do

• Understand and support residents and colleagues with daily care.
• Help with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, eating, and drinking.
• Offer comfort, structure, and proximity to residents.
• Report changes in health or behavior and discuss these with colleagues.
• Support residents during transfers using lift systems (experience not required, we will teach you).
• Provide medication according to guidelines or prepare for the necessary training.
• Contribute to a safe, homely, and pleasant living environment.

Work Hours

Based on a zero-hours contract. Workdays are negotiated based on your availability.

Schedules:

• 07:00 - 15:00
• 15:00 - 22:00

Who Are You?

• You are caring, involved, and find it important that residents feel safe and comfortable.
• You have an accredited care education at level MBO 2+ or higher;
• You are authorized and competent to dispense medication or willing to complete the necessary training.
• You have affinity with residents with intellectual disabilities;
• You find ADL care and personal care self-evident;
• If experience with lift systems is advantageous, but is not a requirement;
• You are flexible and available for morning, evening, and weekend shifts.

What Do We Offer You?

• A zero-hours contract where you work based on your availability.
• A salary according to the CAO for Disabled Care in FWG 25 (€ 2,337,- to € 3,212,- gross per month based on 36 hours), depending on your education and experience.
• An additional allowance for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• An end-of-year bonus of 8.33%.
