Assisted Stretch Therapist - Will Train - Waco, Texas

About the role

StretchLab is seeking a knowledgeable, passionate, and reliable professional to join our team as an Assisted Stretch Therapist. We will train you to become an expert in our 1:1 customized assisted stretching services. Our Flexologist training is the first nationally accredited program designed to set you up for success in our studio and community pop-up events.

Responsibilities

- Provide 1:1 customized assisted stretching services to enhance mobility and flexibility. - Commit to a minimum of 18 hours per week, with additional hours/days/shifts available upon discussion. - Work flexible hours at the following studio locations: - Monday - Thursday: 8 AM - 8 PM - Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM - Saturday: 9 AM - 2 PM - Sunday: Closed

Requirements

- Possess at least one of the following certifications or degrees: - Active Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, or other fitness instructor certification - Graduation from a trade school in bodywork (Massage Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy Assistant) - Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, related Allied Health, or pre-med major (if currently in school, please inquire) - Certifications in Yoga, Barre, Pilates, or Dance

Qualifications

- Live in Waco or have reliable transportation to commute to Waco, Texas (USA). - Have a passion for helping people move and feel better. - Be a team player. - Have the physical attributes to provide assisted stretching services ranging from 15-minute long stretches to 50 minutes. - Be a lifelong learner and remain curious.
