Assisted Living Wellness Director LPN RN

About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Wellness Director LPN or RN to lead our team at our West Shores community, a 110-apartment community located in Hot Springs, AR. This position also includes an Assistant Wellness Director to provide additional support.

Responsibilities

• Assures implementation of policies and procedures relating to Resident care and oversight of all health-related services.
• Manages, coordinates and directs all activities in accordance with state and applicable federal regulations, as well as Community policies and procedures.
• Establishes working relationships with health care professionals in the community, including interactions with the Residents’ health care providers.
• Manages, coordinates, and directs all activities in accordance with state and applicable federal regulations, as well as Community policies and procedures.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
• A minimum of at least two years in-home health or geriatric nursing in a similar position.
• A minimum of two to four years of supervisory experience required.
