About the role

As a Resident Assistant at WesleyLife, you will administer medications to residents according to prescribed schedules, ensuring accuracy and adherence to medication management protocols. You will assist residents with daily living activities, including grooming, dressing, and meal preparation, promoting their independence and well-being. You will also monitor residents' health and well-being, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals and family members. Accurate documentation of medication administration and resident care activities will be maintained, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Absorb and communicate residents' needs and preferences to ensure personalized care.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including grooming, dressing, and meal preparation, promoting their independence and well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident care activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.
• Monitor residents' health and well-being, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals and family members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
