About the role
The Shores, a UMC community, is offering a $5,000 sign on bonus for an Assisted Living Registered Nurse RN position. The pay range is $40.33 - $50.33 per hour, based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centered nursing care to residents
- Provide ongoing monitoring of residents' physical and mental status and provide care as needed
- Complete appropriate documentation to support continuity of care
- Build meaningful connections with residents and collaborate with team members to provide care
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Current and active RN license in New Jersey (required)
- CPR certification (required)
- 3+ years of nursing experience required, preferably in long-term care setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of long-term care nursing practices

Pay
$40.33 - $50.33 per hour, based on experience + $5,000 Sign On Bonus
Schedule
Full-Time| Nights, 10:45PM - 7:15AM, 5 days a week with every other weekend rotation
