Responsibilities
- Triage and Address Urgent Orders and Emails.
- Manage IV and House Stock Requests.
- Replenishment and Audit Forms.
- Follow-Up and Respond to Emails.
- Cycle Fill Management.
- High-Cost Approval.
- File and Process Scripts.
- Quantity & Refills Authorization.
- MARS/TARS/POS Management.
- Duplicate Report Management.
Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Pharmacy Technician with the OH Board of Pharmacy.
- Must be Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician.
- Previous experience in pharmacy desirable.
- Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
- Able to work independently, accurately, and efficiently.
- Able to multi-task and be reliable.
- Knowledge of SIG-Codes.
- Quick typing skills.
- Computer literate, knowledge of Frameworks LTC system, PLUS.
- Ability to train on first shift 8am-4:30pm.
- Able to sit for prolonged periods of time.
About the Role
SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services.
Shift
- 11am-7:30pm Monday- Friday and Every other Weekend.
- 12am-8:30pm Monday- Friday and Every other Weekend.
