Assisted Living Personal Care Aide

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Resident Associate to support residents in a faith-informed, resident-centered community.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living and personal needs
• Supporting residents to promote dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life
• Observing and reporting changes in residents’ conditions
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Documenting care following established procedures
• Collaborating with nursing and care teams
• Communicating respectfully with residents and families

Qualifications

• Patience, reliability, integrity, and a service-oriented attitude
• Prior senior-care experience is helpful but not required
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally through training opportunities
