Role: Wellness Nurse in an assisted living and memory care community. Responsibilities Provide daily nursing care, medication management, and health assessments.Partner with caregivers, families, and physicians to develop and implement individualized care plans.Respond to changes in residents' conditions, ensuring safety, dignity, and independence.Foster a warm, home-like environment and build meaningful relationships with residents.
