Assisted Living Coordinator - TEMP

Role: Assisted Living Coordinator, responsible for leading daily care operations and ensuring high-quality, resident-centered services in an assisted living environment. Responsibilities: Recruit, hire, and develop caregiving staff; manage staffing, scheduling, and daily operations; oversee Resident-Centered Care and ISP implementation; collaborate with clinical teams on assessments and care planning; monitor resident health and communicate with families; partner with Activities and Dining to enhance resident experience; ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards; manage team performance, engagement, coaching, and evaluations; support department budget and operational efficiency.Qualifications & Skills: Over 1 year of experience in assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare; supervisory or team leadership experience; strong staffing and team management skills; knowledge of resident care practices and regulations; excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and care systems; flexible to work evenings and weekends. Compensation and Benefits: Salary range from 70,720 to 91,676 with benefits including health plans, retirement, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, bonus opportunities, and flexible pay options.
