Assisted Living Certified Medication Technician (CMT)

About the role

CMT Assisted Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant). The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to residents while supporting the overall mission and values of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs and other health data
• Provide medication administration and reminders
• Support residents in social and recreational activities
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of living areas

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Passing score on a criminal background check
• First aid and CPR certifications (if not current, willing to obtain within 30 days of hire)

Pay

The salary range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Shifts are typically Monday through Friday, with some weekend availability required.
