As a boutique, private-pay assisted living community in Glendale, Arizona, we’ve intentionally created an environment where caregivers have the time and support to build meaningful relationships with every resident. We’re currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Assisted Living Caregivers who are passionate about delivering personalized, relationship-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents
• Assist residents with daily activities of living
• Participate in regular training to enhance caregiving skills
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements

• AZ Assisted Living Caregiver Certification
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Current TB Clearance

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for serving older adults with dignity, respect, and compassion

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and ability to handle stressful situations
