Full-time night shift: 5:30 PM – 5:30 AM. Overnight shifts required consistently.

Charter Senior Living of Franklin is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers and CNAs to join our team for a full-time night shift role. Caregivers and CNAs are the primary support providers for our residents. In this role, you will assist residents with daily living activities while providing compassionate, respectful care that enhances their quality of life. Night shift caregivers play a key role in ensuring resident safety, comfort, and well-being during overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide overnight monitoring and ensure resident safety
• Support residents with toileting, repositioning, and comfort needs
• Document care provided and communicate any changes to nursing staff
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a clean, safe, and calm environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• Previous caregiver, CNA, or healthcare experience preferred
• CNA Certification preferred but not required
• Experience in assisted living or memory care is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate
• Ability to work overnight shifts consistently
