Assisted Living Activities Director (Life Enrichment)

We are seeking a compassionate, creative, and organized Activities Director to lead our Life Enrichment Program. Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, and implements activities for a seven-day week calendar.
• Identifies the special needs of each resident and creates a plan to accommodate those needs.
• Involves residents in planning recreation objectives and goals.
• Integrates residents with the community through facility activities and outings.
• Creates a strong positive image and establishes good relationships within the community, including press relations, promotional activities, scrapbooks, and displays in the facility.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Therapeutic Recreation or a related field.
• Certification as an Activity Professional preferred.
• Two years of activities management experience preferred.
