Assistant WWTP Superintendent

About the role

Join our team as the Assistant Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Superintendent and play a key role in keeping our community running strong. This position oversees facility operations to meet all regulatory requirements, manages inventory of process chemicals and operating supplies, and ensures safety training and programs are implemented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the wastewater treatment facility to meet all regulatory requirements
• Maintain inventory and operating stocks of process chemicals and supplies
• Develop and maintain information for reports and records
• Implement safety training and programs
• Maintain effective communication among staff
• Evaluate the work of assigned personnel
• Provide staff training in treatment operations, equipment maintenance, and proper operation of plant equipment

Pay

Annual salary range: $96,215.28 – $117,581.04
