About the role

Temporary position at McHenry Middle School reporting to the Building Principal. Season runs from December 7, 2026 to March 15, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Develop student athletes by teaching fundamental wrestling skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting good sportsmanship.
• Teach fundamental wrestling rules, strategies, and techniques.
• Plan and execute practices.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and safe team environment.

Requirements

• Previous coaching or competitive playing experience preferred.

Pay

$3,300 stipend for the wrestling season.
