Pay
$25.00 - $40.00/hour (hourly pay + commission + incentives)

Responsibilities
- Partner with the store manager to train, mentor, and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants
- Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance
- Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service to build local loyalty
Requirements
- Retail wireless sales experience preferred (AT&T, T-Mobile, or Verizon)
- Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories, WiFi systems, internet solutions, and entertainment/streaming services
- Exceptional communication and a proven ability to drive revenue growth
