About the role
Fonepage Communications, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager. The assistant manager will support the Store Manager, inspire the sales team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and achieve outstanding sales results. The role includes paid training, generous commissions, and a clear path for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the store manager to train, mentor, and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants.
- Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals.
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance.
- Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service to build local loyalty.
Qualifications
- Retail wireless sales experience preferred (AT&T, T‑Mobile, or Verizon).
- Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories, Wi‑Fi systems, internet solutions, and entertainment/streaming services.
- Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.

Pay
$25.00 – $40.00 per hour (hourly pay + commission + incentives).
