Job Profile
Staff Coordination: Maintain staffing and scheduling utilizing modern staffing software; assist with recruitment and training to ensure a robust healthcare team.
Resident-Centered Care: Complete comprehensive assessments and individualized care plans, emphasizing personalized wellness.
Effective Communication: Liaise with internal staff and external third-party vendors to ensure seamless care coordination.
Leadership and Training: Lead monthly staff meetings and daily team huddles, cultivating an environment of continuous learning and collaboration.
Regulatory Compliance: Manage service agreements, update physician orders, and maintain Electronic Medication Administration Records (EMAR).
Medication Management Supervision: Perform weekly cart audits, Medication Administration Record (MAR) reviews, and expired medication retrieval.
Quality Assurance: Assist with incident reports and investigations, ensuring adherence to best practices in senior care.
Requirements
Lead with Expertise: Relevant Experience: Background in senior care, preferably in a wellness or medication management capacity.
Priority Management: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results within necessary time frames.
Flexible Availability: Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as the role demands.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to handle details with urgency, accuracy, and efficiency, supported by proficiency in various computer programs.
