Responsibilities
- Accountable for the supervisory functions of the assigned shift and department.
- Coach and lead the warehouse team to increase productivity and provide high-quality customer service.
- Ensure warehouse quality and safety standards are achieved.
- Track productivity to meet company requirements and maximize operational efficiency.
- Assist with transportation and warehouse duties related to DOT regulations, OSHA, fleet operations, and scheduling.
- Perform other projects or duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree with 3 to 5+ years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1+ years of people leadership experience, or
- High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 5+ years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3+ years of people leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
