As the Assistant Vitamin/HBA Manager, you play a crucial role in helping customers make healthy choices by providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities include managing and leading a busy team, merchandising the department for maximum productivity and profit, and ensuring customers receive the best possible service and assistance with vitamins, supplements, and health and beauty products.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Vitamin/HBA Manager in managing and merchandising the department for maximum productivity and profit
• Order and inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Vitamin/HBA team
• Effectively coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through ongoing planning, direction, goal setting, communication, and teamwork
• Lead a team that brainstorms to deliver the finest quality of product, highest level of service, and the greatest experience your customers will receive
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of vitamins, supplements, and other health and body items in the department, providing guidance on supplements, health and beauty, and related products without "prescribing"
• Unload and sort through store deliveries
• Affirm compliance with all company health, safety, and sanitation guidelines/regulations, and ensure other Vitamin team members are also aware of, and following, these procedures
