For our client, we are seeking a Assistant Vice President, Technology Assurance to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will shape the enterprise technology assurance agenda, with a strong focus on cybersecurity, IT governance, and control effectiveness. You will partner closely with technology leadership, senior executives, and audit stakeholders to deliver independent insight on risk, compliance, and emerging issues. The position also supports large-scale ERP implementations by identifying control considerations and helping strengthen assurance coverage across complex initiatives. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $185,400 – $375,950 annually Responsibilities Lead technology audit and assurance coverage across the organization Set strategy and audit coverage for IT corporate audit and cybersecurity aligned with risk appetite Oversee execution of IT and cyber audit plans, including regulatory compliance reviews Provide independent perspectives on control effectiveness and IT governance to technology leadership Coordinate emerging risk assurance with established technology audit coverage Serve as Internal Audit advisor for large-scale ERP implementations, surfacing control and risk concerns Communicate audit results to stakeholders and build trusted relationships while preserving audit independence Qualifications 15+ years in internal audit, risk, compliance, or related fields with team leadership experience Experience managing Director-level team leaders in complex, multi-functional environments Strong influencer and partner to executives across functions Proficient in project and program management, adept at managing multiple priorities Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills Experienced in reporting to audit committees and senior leadership Strategic thinker with a proven ability to execute enterprise-wide initiatives Team leadership and development skills Familiarity with audit tools, data analytics, and Microsoft Office Willingness to travel as needed Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Retirement savings options Wellness programs Resources to support colleagues and their families Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
