Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project owners and stakeholders to gather, define, and meet program requirements, considering buy-vs-build options and best-practice approaches
  • Work with stakeholders to design and sequence workflow processes that align with user expectations
  • Align project load with resource availability by performing work breakdowns, estimating tasks and labor hours, and communicating constraints to stakeholders and management
  • Participate in meetings to provide direction, manage delivery expectations, and maintain transparency regarding departmental resource availability
  • Support programmers' ongoing development, ensure skills remain current, and serve as a liaison between programmers and organizational stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate work completion
  • Cultivate a positive, respectful, and collaborative culture across the organization, foster strong relationships among staff, departments, branches, and external partners
  • Champion a caring and inclusive environment for both employees and members, aligned with the Credit Union's mission and values

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university and minimum seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of formal education and experience
  • Master's degree desirable
  • Minimum five years of prior management and leadership experience required

Qualifications

  • Experience in program requirements development, workflow design, resource and project planning, and project guidance and communication
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of programmers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

Skills

  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and tools
  • Experience with project management tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of credit union operations and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Compensation is based on experience and qualifications, ranging from $137,000 to $171,000.

This position is hybrid at our Remote Operations Center at 100 East Royal Lane, Suite 300, Irving, and compensation is based on experience and qualifications, ranging from $137,000 to $171,000.
