Assistant Vice President, Next Best Experience and Member Experience Strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop relationships across Business, Technology, and Lines of Business
• Set vision and strategy for Digital and Technology product portfolios
• Oversee day-to-day activities of the product management organization
• Drive clarity and solutions amidst ambiguity
• Promote user-centered enhancements through member research and testing
• Accountable for achieving goals across digital channels and platforms
• Manage investments and prioritization for member experience initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10 years of experience in Technology, Product Management or Digital transformation
• 6 years in a leadership role managing large cross-functional teams
• Strong strategic thinking and tactical execution abilities
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence senior executives
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting risk management
• Experience with Agile development organizations
