Responsibilities

• Support student development through various programs and initiatives
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance educational experiences
• Assist in organizing and executing events and activities
• Maintain open communication with students, faculty, and staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience working with college students
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Passion for education and student development
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of student affairs best practices
• Experience with event planning and management

Pay

Salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 annually
