About the role
The Assistant Vice President for Talent, Culture, and Human Resources will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the university’s talent acquisition, employee engagement, and overall organizational culture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures that support the university’s mission and strategic goals.
- Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.
- Facilitate employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
- Manage employee relations to ensure fair and equitable treatment of all staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of inclusion.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in human resources management.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in higher education is preferred.
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills

Pay
$80,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
