We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.

About the team

Our Integration Management Office sits within Corporate Development and is responsible for executing M&A integrations and divestitures, as well as high-priority, ELT-level special projects. We bring structure, urgency, transparency, and accountability to complex cross-functional work, helping align stakeholders, improve the onboarding experience for newly acquired employees, de-risk our investments, and accelerate time to value. By joining our team, you will play a meaningful role in shaping how Moody's grows through acquisition and strategic transformation, working at the intersection of enterprise strategy and hands-on execution. You will also have the opportunity to leverage AI-enabled tools and innovative digital technologies to drive smarter, faster execution across every workstream you support.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a project leader, owning significant portions of acquisition integrations, divestitures, and high-priority, ELT-level special projects across Moody's
  • Lead substantial portions of acquisition integrations and divestitures from planning and sequencing through implementation, stabilization, and close-out
  • Support high-priority, ELT-level strategic projects, including One Moody's initiatives and other enterprise priorities, through research and analysis, cross-team planning, stakeholder alignment, and execution
  • Own multiple cross-functional workstreams and high-value milestones, including application and vendor rationalization, employee onboarding and change management, synergy or cost tracking, and separation readiness
  • Develop integrated project plans, establish governance and decision forums, and align business and functional leaders on scope, priorities, dependencies, and accountabilities
  • Act as a primary day-to-day partner to workstream leads, challenging assumptions, resolving cross-functional issues, highlighting early warning signals, and driving timely decisions that support transaction objectives
  • Anticipate and manage risks, interdependencies, and resource constraints; develop mitigation plans and escalate material decisions with clear recommendations
  • Synthesize complex project information into concise executive reporting, decision materials, and presentations for senior leadership
  • Advance IMO capabilities by improving playbooks, governance models, dashboards, and repeatable approaches based on transaction experience and lessons learned while championing AI-enabled tools and automation to enhance project delivery, decision-making, process efficiency, and best practices

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of professional experience in consulting, corporate development, integration or separation management, project management, or business transformation
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional projects or workstreams with limited oversight and highlighting project early warning signals
  • Strong critical thinking, structured problem-solving, and decision-making skills, including the ability to balance
